This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and strategic direction of a cutting-edge Voice AI backend platform. You will own the end-to-end roadmap for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM integrations, and real-time call control infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams. This position provides high visibility and impact, allowing you to shape the future of programmable voice systems while driving technical excellence. You will play a central role in defining metrics, feedback loops, and user experience improvements, while mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will :

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Voice AI backend platform.
• Scope, prioritize, and define features for STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations.
• Define requirements for programmable voice primitives such as call control, media injection, and partial ASR.
• Partner with engineering to enhance latency, reliability, and multi-engine support.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to track performance and user experience.
• Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
