We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading commercial law firm, who are seeking a

Senior Associate – Banking & Finance

to join their growing Dublin team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex and cross-border finance transactions for global clients across a broad spectrum of financial sectors.

The role will suit a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE and experience working in a fast-paced finance environment.

The Role

Advise on a wide range of complex banking and capital markets transactions

Work on corporate banking, property and development finance, fund financing, and distressed asset transactions

Act for banks, non-bank lenders, hedge funds, PE firms and real estate investors

Support transactions involving asset finance (aviation and maritime), securitisation, derivatives and structured finance

Contribute to thought leadership and development of internal legal know-how

Play a key role in business development and client relationship management

The Person

Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction

Minimum 4 years' PQE with a strong background in banking and finance

Experience gained in a top-tier Irish or international law firm preferred

Excellent technical drafting, transaction management and client-facing skills

Proactive and organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload

Interest in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth
