About Your New Employer Accounts Technician role with a property business based in Greystones. About Your New Job Manage debtor collections, including monitoring and escalating overdue accounts Prepare and communicate client statements, ensuring payment commitments are agreed upon Investigate and resolve client account queries and respond promptly to client inquiries related to accounts receivable Prepare, verify, and carry out invoicing via electronic processing for multiple entities Prepare weekly bank reconciliations for multiple entities Process supplier invoices and prepare electronic payments Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations and follow up on queries Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely and accurate manner What Skills You Need 1-2 years in an accounts / bookkeeping role. Experience with an accounting software (Xero preferred but not essential). Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport. Whats on Offer €35,000 - €40,000 + Benefits.
