Senior Project Manager Cork Location : Cork, Ireland Company Type : Tier 2 Main Contractor Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent Salary : Competitive + Benefits + Vehicle / Allowance Our client, a respected Tier 2 contractor with a strong presence across Munster, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high-value construction projects. With a growing portfolio in healthcare, education, commercial, and residential, this is a strategic leadership role offering long-term career growth. Responsibilities Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple sites Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Act as the main liaison for clients, consultants, and public bodies Drive project strategy, risk management, and performance tracking Mentor and support site managers, engineers, and junior PMs Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Minimum 8 years experience in project management within the Irish construction industry Proven track record delivering public and private sector projects (€5M€30M+) Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and contract forms (Public Works, RIAI, NEC) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildsoft) Whats on Offer Competitive salary and full benefits package Company vehicle or travel allowance Opportunity to lead landmark projects across Cork and Munster Supportive team culture with clear career progression Exposure to diverse public and private sector frameworks If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as a Senior Project Manager, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
