Job Title : Project Manager Location : Co. Cork Salary : Competitive / Negotiable DOE Project : €25m - €30m Residential project An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to take responsibility for a landmark €30M residential development in Cork. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience delivering multi-million euro residential schemes from pre-construction through to completion. This position is with a leading contractor, offering an excellent remuneration package, including a strong pipeline of future work. Key Responsibilities : Oversee overall project planning, scheduling, and delivery. Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships. Lead the site team, including Site Manager, Foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained. Monitor budgets, programme, and contract administration. Drive the project to successful handover, on time and within budget. Requirements : 10+ years construction experience, with at least 5 in project management. Proven track record on large-scale residential projects. Excellent leadership, client-facing, and organisational skills. Degree or trade background in construction, engineering, or related field. Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
