As a result of continual development, they are looking to hire a new Technical Manager for Ireland The Role The focus of this role is to maintain and improve service performance within your territory through technical support, partner development, and problem resolution. This role will mainly be focused around Dublin and surrounding counties, however, travel further afield will be required from time to time. You will : Provide technical support to service partners and customers. Evaluate and develop service partners, including training and assessments. Analyze and resolve escalated technical issues. Perform on-site troubleshooting and support installations at exhibitions. Maintain service data, KPIs, and internal reporting. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The Person We are looking for a technically skilled, self-driven professional with hands-on experience in diagnostics, repairs, and as well as supervisory level experience. Strong technical background; experience with electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and gas systems would all be relevant to this role Minimum 3 years in technical roles in relevant industries (food equipment, HVAC and refrigeration, automotive, electrical, heavy equipment). You will have managed people or contracts in the past. You may have held roles as a service manager, site supervisor or perhaps worked as a facilities engineer or project engineer and are familiar with managing sub contractors 3rd level education or apprenticeship completion. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and passport for international travel. Certifications in gas, electric, or HVAC desirable. The Package Basic : €60,000 - €67,000 DOE Bonus - €7k per annum Company vehicle, phone, and tools provided Discounted Healthcare Pension Location Field-based role, primarily covering the Dublin area with travel to sites nationwide as required.
