FRS RecruitmentDublin, Leinster, Republic of IrelandRelief Social Care Leader - North Dublin - Mainstream Sector - €55k - €64k DOE : FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Relief Social Care Leader to join a well-established child and family service in the Dublin region. The aim of this service is to provide an intervention necessary to address the child / young person's issues that are preventing them from living at home. These positions are offered on a temporary / agency basis. In your new role you will : Support the young person in their day - to - day activities and all that entails. Build a positive rapport with both the young people and staff in the house to assist with the smooth running of the service. Assist young people to develop their skills and enhance self-esteem, resilience and individual responsibility. Accompany the young person to appointments, family access visits etc. Assist with the general upkeep of the residential service. All other tasks as outlined by your manager. To be a successful candidate you will have : A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field OR be registered with CORU. Minimum 1 years' experience working with young people and children in care. The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. A calm, empathetic approach.
