We are hiring an  Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Nurse Practice Development

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee nursing clinical and professional practice.
• Encourage a professional nursing practice environment that aligns with the hospital's purpose, vision, and values.
• Oversee the quality assurance programs for nursing services in a way that promotes and guarantees the provision of the best possible patient-centered nursing care in all hospitals.
• In order to achieve the learning objectives for student nurses established by the Third Level College and the NMBI standards for the students, make sure that the clinical settings to which student nurses are assigned for clinical placements offer the best possible teaching and learning environments.
• Develop and implement person-centred nursing practices through care processes that improve patient outcomes and clinical efficacy.
• Encourage change and play a significant part in advancing the corporate and nursing advancements and tactics needed to maintain advancements in clinical and nursing practice.
