Gourmet Food Parlour are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our catering kitchen team in Santry, North Dublin as a Part-Time Customer Service and Office Administrator. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, assist with administrative duties, and work closely with our back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service : Answer incoming calls professionally, handling inquiries, orders, and customer concerns. Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Office Administration : Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Update weekly menus and create accurate meal labels in line with kitchen output.
Computer Skills : Utilize basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems) to manage tasks efficiently.
Team Collaboration : Liaise with the back-of-house team to communicate customer requests and ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
Independent Work : Take initiative to identify and complete tasks independently. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
Key Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email systems. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of or experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role is beneficial.
Hours & Benefits : Part-Time Role : Saturday, Sunday and Monday
