Our client, a leading company in the Building / Mechanical Services industry , is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Building Services Engineer . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, working on innovative projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the preparation of tender documentation, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of detailed tender documentation using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Interpret and work with specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
• Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Liaise with Clients, Designers, and Architects to obtain necessary design details and approvals.
• Ensure all working drawings and designs meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring documentation is completed within tight deadlines.
• Regularly communicate project status to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Review and assess design changes, ensuring compliance with the project scope.
• Attend project meetings as needed to provide updates and gather information.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
