GPC - Global Professional ConsultantsDublin, Leinster, Republic of IrelandArchitect / Project Architect An award-winning architectural design consultancy in the heart of Dublin is expanding and looking to appoint a Registered Architect / Project Architect to manage medium / largescale leisure and residential developments through to completion. As a Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA) with solid site experience in Ireland, you'll play a key role in project delivery. You will oversee projects through the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing progress, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Your technical expertise and communication skills will be critical to the success of these projects. In addition to leisure and residential developments, youll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including healthcare, mixed-use, commercial, and retail giving you exposure to multiple sectors. Duties & Responsibilities include : Lead and manage projects through the construction stage, ensuring all elements adhere to design and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with the Directors, project delivery team and communicate with all stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure it meets all quality, time, and budget targets Be part of a creative and supportive team, contributing to the success of various high-profile projects across multiple sectors Experience & Skills required : RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience Strong site experience in Ireland is essential Previous exposure to medium / largescale projects preferably across residential or leisure developments Proficiency in BIM software (ArchiCAD or Revit) is highly desirable Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations Excellent communication, client liaison, and technical skills Previous success managing projects through the construction phase, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Benefits include : Competitive Salary : €55k - €70k DOE Hybrid Working Option Annual Bonus Life Assurance and Pension Vibrant Workplace with active social activities and a collaborative environment If you're a driven and experienced Architect looking to work on exciting projects and advance your career with a leading practice, wed love to hear from you.
