Role : Architect (RIAI Registered) Location : Dublin 12 Salary : €50k + At Broadline Recruiters we are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Architect to join a dynamic team based in Dublin 12. Role Requirements : Client-facing communication skills for brief development and presentations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Problem-solving in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments Time and project management with tight deadlines Proficiency in design software : AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, BIM tools Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, zoning laws Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable practices Candidate Requirements : RIAI Registered Architect Ambitious, talented with previous success leading and managing projects through each phase of development Previous experience on workplace, healthcare and / or hospitality fitout projects is desired Fully conversant with industry regulations is essential Strong level of design and technical capability Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup required Excellent communication, presentation and client liaison skills Must hold an EU passport or valid work permit If this role is of interest, feel free to contact Shane at Shane.mcsw IND22 Skills : RIAI Registered Architect Benefits : See Description
