Your new company is a leading architecture and urban design practice with studios in Dublin and Cork. For over three decades, they have been shaping Ireland’s built environment through thoughtful, sustainable, and award-winning design. Their work spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a strong emphasis on place-making and community impact.

Your new role

They are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their Dublin studio. In this role, you will take a leading position on high-profile projects, from concept through to completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the design and delivery of projects that shape the future of Irish cities.

A key focus of this role is the construction stage of large-scale residential developments. You will be expected to manage on-site coordination, resolve technical issues, and ensure the design intent is delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Leading project teams through all RIAI work stages, with a strong emphasis on construction delivery
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
  • Producing high-quality design and technical documentation
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to studio culture

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in the Irish architectural sector.
  • Registered Architect with the RIAI (or eligible for registration).
  • Proven experience at construction stage on large-scale residential projects in Ireland.
  • Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
