Job description
The Irish Film Institute (IFI) is seeking a Box Office & Front of House Supervisor for a part-time position (30 hours per week) on a two-year fixed-term contract.
This role involves managing box office operations, including ticket sales, staff supervision, and event management. The supervisor will oversee the functionality of the box office systems, maintain customer data, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Candidates should have prior experience in customer service, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for film.
