About the role : This is a new and exciting role at Circle VHA. The Finance Administrator provides confidential and professional support to the Director of Finance, ensuring the smooth running of the department and providing high-quality administrative services to all stakeholders. They possess exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to handle a wide range of tasks and projects effectively. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior management. KeyKnowledgeandSkills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint / Teams. Excellent IT Skills and proficiency with IT and various IT packages.
