You will be involved in preparing monthly management accounts, assisting in the annual budgeting process, and coordinating with auditors.

Your ability to maintain open communication with colleagues will be crucial for this role.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc assignments that support the overall work of the organisation.

Assist in producing monthly management accounts and financial reportingSupport the preparation and consolidation of annual budgeting processCoordinate with internal and external auditors providing necessary documentationHelp review and update finance policies and proceduresMaintain open communications with colleagues, keeping them informed of any relevant issues or queriesAssist with other ad hoc assignments to support the general work of the organisationRequirements for the Finance Administrator Job : Relevant experience working within a Finance or Business domainProficient MS Word and MS Excel skillsProven Management & Delivery skills including Communication, Relationship Management, Proactivity, Decision-MakingAbility to work on own initiative, as well as part of a teamThis opportunity is within a statutory body with a wide range of responsibilities that impact everyday life in Ireland.

They are involved in securing public passenger land transport services, regulating vehicle clamping, managing integrated ticketing systems for public transport customers, among others.
