BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) Location : Dublin City Centre ( Hybrid) Salary : €45,000 to €55,000 DOE We are looking for a skilled BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) to join a dynamic multidisciplinary consultancy team in Dublin City Centre, supporting a variety of projects across hospitality, residential, education, and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities : Develop detailed MEP 3D models and 2D design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Perform clash detection and prepare reports with practical solutions Collaborate with M&E engineers, architects, fire engineers, and other design professionals Review and integrate internal and external BIM models for seamless coordination Represent BIM expertise in design team meetings and workshops Requirements : Minimum 3 years experience with Revit MEP or similar BIM software NFQ Level 6 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline Autodesk Certified Qualification in Revit is advantageous Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks; AutoCAD skills a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Benefits : Salary-€45,000 to €55,000 Flexible working hours and hybrid work options Career development and training in M&E design and project management Half-day Fridays Supportive team environment in a prime city center location Interested?
