About the role : A skilled and experienced BIM Technician is sought to join a team in Ireland. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Building Information Modelling (BIM), advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, and a recognized qualification in BIM. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic, collaborative environment. Requirements :

• A minimum of two years of experience as a BIM Technician.
• Recognised qualification in BIM.
• Strong communication skills.
• Formal training in Revit MEP, accompanied by a relevant Certificate or Diploma.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently. Responsibilities :
• Utilise Revit MEP to produce drawings, including general arrangements, sections, and detailed views.
• Run clash detection on models and prepare reports to identify any issues.
• Stick to BIM content standards and procedures to ensure consistency.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan and the project’s specific BIM workflow.
