Junior BIM Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Junior BIM Technician   to join our expanding team. The successful candidate's role will involve the following :

• Support the production of detailed mechanical and electrical (M&E) BIM models in coordination with the design and project teams.
• Assist in the development of 2D drawings and layout plans in accordance with project specifications.
• Perform clash detection tests using Navisworks and provide reports to the BIM and project teams.
• Collaborate with design engineers, site teams, and external consultants to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
• Assist with site visits and model verification tasks to align digital and physical construction progress.
• Help maintain and update BIM standards and drawing registers in line with Quinn Downes protocols.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing to the development and coordination of M&E systems.
• Support the creation of handover documentation, including Asset Information Models (AIM) and associated records.
• Navigate BIM models in workshops and meetings, supporting the senior BIM coordinator.
• Manage document control duties, including the maintenance of project transmittals and filing systems.
