To be considered someone who would suit the post, you will need to come with a strong technical background in the construction industry to help lead their specialist business operations.

If successful, you will oversee operational efficiency, drive business development, manage client relationships, and ensure profitability across their projects and divisions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage specialist technical teams, ensuring high operational efficiency and performance across all live projects.
• Implement best practices to enhance team productivity and foster a positive working environment.
• Optimise the efficiency of project teams through effective planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Candidates should only apply if they have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role with a focus on managing technical projects and operational teams .

Strong understanding of construction processes, business operations, and project management and a proven track record in developing new business opportunities, upselling services, and maintaining profitable client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and senior management.
