What You'll Do :

• Lead with Passion : Inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Guest Experience : Build strong relationships with our guests, responding to their needs and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Team Development : Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management : Manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service.
