Global Biotechnology Company - Senior Project Engineer Based in South Dublin, Ireland, our client is a leading biotech firm seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support manufacturing expansion projects involving fill inspection and formulation equipment.

Role Responsibilities : Support the expansion of manufacturing facilities focusing on filling, inspection, and formulation equipment.

Assist with manufacturing readiness, start-up, and validation of new systems to meet company standards.

Manage equipment project deliverables including setup, calibration, spare parts, testing, and start-up support.

Ensure consistent equipment design and practices, streamlining processes.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, Automation, IS, EHSS, and Global Engineering teams.

Develop maintenance strategies and initial preventative maintenance programs.

Travel as needed for project support.

Candidate Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of quality management and regulatory standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.

Experience with change control, validation, and non-conformance management.

Experience in new product introduction and technology deployment.

Manufacturing experience in a biopharmaceutical fill / finish facility.

Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Independent, organized, and capable of multitasking in project environments.
