Your New Role

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations on-site, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting the site management team in delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all engineering aspects of the construction site
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site
  • Supervise subcontractors and site engineers, providing guidance and technical support
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets design and regulatory standards
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
  • Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project milestones

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, with at least 2 years at senior level
  • Proven experience working on residential or mixed-use developments
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS systems)
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
