Your New Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations on-site, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting the site management team in delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all engineering aspects of the construction site
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site
- Supervise subcontractors and site engineers, providing guidance and technical support
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets design and regulatory standards
- Liaise with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project milestones
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need :
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, with at least 2 years at senior levelProven experience working on residential or mixed-use developmentsA degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS systems)A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat You'll Get in Return
