Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
Measure project performance and report to management.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Continuously develop leadership skills.
Qualities We Value Proven experience of at least 4 years in project management, preferably leading project teams.
Experience in all project lifecycle stages, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and transition to operations.
Experience managing information systems projects.
Understanding of data analytics and ethical AI concepts.
Experience delivering projects for the defence sector is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or CITPM certification is advantageous.
