Payroll Specialist, Retail, Dublin Hybrid

Our client is a well-established retail group. They are seeking to appoint a Payroll Specialist to the team. They are looking to hire a motivated individual with solid payroll experience who will be able to work to deadlines, be point of contact for multiple sites, and run their payroll. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, duties will include : End to end payroll processing for a number of different businesses Maintaining and developing relationships with Management team Providing payslips Producing monthly reports requested Processing starters and leavers Adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of all statutory returns Participate in payroll process improvement projects, efficiencies, automation, and systems enhancements Payroll reconciliations and comparison reports Other ad-hoc payroll related duties as required Ideal Candidate : Ideally IPASS qualified or working towards At least 2 years' payroll experience Thorough knowledge of Irish payroll processing Strong knowledge of payroll processing software Excellent time management and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills fully fluent written and spoken English essential Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to take ownership of your role Interested?
