Payroll Administrator

Location : Dublin (Hybrid)

Full-time | Permanent

Reports to : Payroll Supervisor

I am looking for a Cash and Payroll Administrator to join a reputable organisation based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who wants to grow their skills in payroll and finance.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Process daily cash reconciliations
  • Prepare regular cash reports
  • Highlight any issues or discrepancies to managers
  • Help with payroll preparation and processing
  • Keep employee information confidential
  • Make sure payroll and cash records are accurate and up to date
  • Answer payroll questions from employees
  • Support with admin tasks and other projects as needed

What You Need :

  • 1–2 years of admin experience
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Organised and able to manage tasks well
