Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Associate to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding corporate team. The Role They are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3PQE+ to support the continued growth of their market-leading corporate practice. Key Responsibilities
- Advising investors, companies, and management teams on a broad range of venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.
- Handling cross-border M&A deals and joint ventures.
- Supporting companies throughout all stages of their development, from early-stage startups to mature businesses.
- Acting on behalf of high-profile investors, including major international venture capital firms, corporate investors, sovereign wealth funds, and prominent early-stage funds.
- Representing leading early and growth-stage companies globally.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other major global tech hubs within the firm’s international network.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in general M&A and venture capital work, ideally from a top-tier corporate practice in Ireland, the UK, or another international market.Exposure to exit strategies, including IPOs, mergers, and trade sales.Involvement in seed and growth-stage financing rounds.Familiarity with start-up advisory work.Knowledge of employee incentives, benefits, and tax structuring.Excellent academic credentials and a high level of technical competence.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to independently manage transactions with appropriate support from partners and junior associates.A collaborative and sociable team player with a proactive, "can-do" approach.Ideal for candidates who thrive in client-facing roles and have experience working on complex, high-value transactions.Key Benefits
