The Role They are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3PQE+ to support the continued growth of their market-leading corporate practice. Key Responsibilities

• Advising investors, companies, and management teams on a broad range of venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions.
• Handling cross-border M&A deals and joint ventures.
• Supporting companies throughout all stages of their development, from early-stage startups to mature businesses.
• Acting on behalf of high-profile investors, including major international venture capital firms, corporate investors, sovereign wealth funds, and prominent early-stage funds.
• Representing leading early and growth-stage companies globally.
• Collaborating with colleagues in other major global tech hubs within the firm’s international network.
