What you'll do : Provide specialist legal support on transactional and advisory matters

Contribute to strategic planning, deal implementation, and post-merger integration

Develop both domestic and international client relationships

Collaborate with colleagues across global network of offices

Work on business development activities in a direct and meaningful way

Lead on knowledge management initiatives within the group

What you bring :

• Be admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales

Experience in mergers and acquisitions

Knowledge of share / asset purchase agreements

Understanding of equity fundraising

Familiarity with joint venture / shareholder arrangement

Experience in group reorganisations

Proficiency in due diligence and disclosure processes
