Job description Who We Are Golden Bake are an Irish owned frozen food manufacturer based in Coolock, Dublin 17. We produce the most delicious ready-to-bake pastry and cookie products that you have ever tasted and we distribute them to retail and foodservice customers in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. We were founded in 1987 and currently have more than 130 employees, a 100,000 square foot facility, including a brand new state-of-the-art facility, and the ability to produce up to 50,000 products per hour. What We Need Help With Golden Bake have an opportunity for a motivated Supply Chain Graduate to join our team. The Supply Chain Graduate will support the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, planning, inventory management and supplier management. This is a developmental role designed to provide hands-on experience and training in core supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities Assist with weekly production planning, intake planning & longer-term demand planning. Work with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy & maintain optimal stock levels. Support procurement function through ordering of raw materials & packaging via MES system (Emydex) in line with operational requirements. Participate in supply chain process improvement initiatives. Support supply chain & planning manager as necessary. Prepare department reports, forecasts, and KPIs. Liaise with internal teams on cross departmental projects (e.g. Operations, Sales, Finance).
