Corporate Supply Chain is at the heart of Infineon’s operations, driving the profitable flow of goods from suppliers to customers. As part of this program, you will play a key role in transforming our supply chain processes with innovative solutions and ensuring operational excellence. You will work across key areas of Supply Chain and Digital Manufacturing, gaining exposure to advanced supply chain and digitalization solutions, data integration, and operational excellence.

Your program consists of the following elements :

  • Contribute to the d esign and implementation of i nnovative supply chain concepts and systems supporting the profitable grow of Infineon
  • Have the chance to do an international assignment of 4-8 months at one of our sites in Asia, where you will contribute to transformation of supply chain processes through i nnovative solutions, collaborating across key areas of Supply Chain and Digital Manufacturing to drive operational excellence
  • Support global supply chain optimization through advanced analytics, simulation, and forecasting tools
  • Collaborate across teams to drive process harmonization, improve data management, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to develop next-generation supply chain solutions, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Benefit from tailored training sessions and individual mentoring to accelerate your professional growth

Your Profile

You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics. You don’t expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter – you go search for them. Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications :

  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business-related studies , with a keen interest in supply chain management or business engineering
  • Practical experience in supply chain, digital manufacturing or logistics through internships or academic projects
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools , basic SAP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You also have high analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges
  • You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals
  • And, of course, you speak and write fluent English
