What can you expect :

The Career AI Tech Product Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of AI projects for the Career business globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce and career management solutions, working closely with senior business users, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience leading products with significant data analytics sophistication and / or business facing apps. Finally, they also will have had significant experience working in highly matrixed organizations.

We will rely on you to :

• Utilize business domain experience to understand and address the unique needs of Mercer's Career Business.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative AI and data science-based solutions to support the Career business in their transformation journey.
• Apply Technical Product Management skills to manage projects from initiation topletion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Work with both vendor and in-house built technology solutions.
• Leverage experience in the support needs of aplex global client facing business to address operational challenges and optimize processes and design support models.
• Adapt to both Agile and traditional project management models, utilizing relevant tools and practices to ensure project success.
