The Role & Your Mission : As an AI Change Manager, you will drive organizational readiness, acceptance, and adoption of AI and other innovations.

You will connect with the broader tech community and help evangelize the AI-powered solutions for clients worldwide through effective planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training.

What You'll Do : Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans to ensure the adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to AI, including effective communications and training.Lead the identification and analysis of changes, business impacts, and training needs.Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating effective communication throughout the transition.Co-develop and co-implement communication, product marketing and training plans to ensure a seamless integration of new strategies.Manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies for smooth transitions.Your Experience & Skills : 5+ years of working experience in corporate training, communication, and / or change management.Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g.
