Operating across Ireland, the UK, Europe, MENA, and the USA, this organisation supports over 200+ global pharma and MedTech manufacturers, improving patient access to critical healthcare solutions. The Role This is a pivotal role within the commercial finance team, focusing on driving financial performance and ensuring accurate reporting across a global operation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly P&L and gross margin reports Ensure commercial agreements are accurately recorded and reconciled Collaborate on product pricing and setup Lead balance sheet reconciliations and support audit preparation Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Mentor junior finance team members What Were Looking For Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 23 years PQE Proven experience in financial reporting and commercial finance ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-improvement focused Culture & Benefits This organisation values innovation, flexibility, and teamwork.
