Tasks

• Keep track of settlements with contractors (B2B, individual entrepreneurs, individuals)

Calculation of additional accruals and deductions (loans, travel compensation, fitness reimbursement, etc.)

Prepare invoices, discuss and agree on amounts with contractors

Conduct analysis of accounts payable, monitor compliance with payment deadlines

Reconcile debts with contractors, participate in the annual inventory of settlements

Communicate with and process requests from third-party services for working with new contractors

Manage the asset section (registration of arrivals, departures, control over movement)

VAT control (check applied rates on a monthly basis and update directories)

Participate in process automation (needs analysis, task setting, verification of data)

Requirements

Higher education in the field of finance and / or accounting

3+ years of work experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word, Google Sheets

Work experience in 1C (preferably Holding Managementor or 1C : ERP)

Upper Intermediate level of English or higher

Strong oral and written communication skills
