Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor with 5 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join their Medical Negligence and Claims team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in complex medical negligence cases.

Key Responsibilities : Case Management : Handle a varied caseload of medical negligence claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective management of each case.

Client Representation : Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, providing robust advocacy and support.

Legal Advice : Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of medical negligence and claims.

Documentation : Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.

Research : Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.

Collaboration : Work closely with other members of the Medical Negligence and Claims team, as well as other departments within the firm.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience : Education : Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Ireland.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years PQE in medical negligence and claims.

Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases.

Attributes : Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
