Site Manager (Civil)

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for our client.

The Site Manager will join their team on a project based in Dublin.

The successful candidate must have site supervision experience, external works experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of the latest building regulations.

An Immediate start is available.

Responsibilities : Supervision of the construction on site Ability to oversee all external finishing works & drainage to the highest of quality Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards Great attention to detail Requirements : Site supervision experience with a trades background.

Must have external works experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.

A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks / projects.

Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
