About the Role A well established property development firm with a strong track record in high-quality residential and mixed-use projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee upcoming developments in the North Dublin region.
This is a key leadership role on site, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain programme timelines, and act as a key link between the site team and senior project leadership.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with building regulations.
Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly adhered to across the site.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and external consultants.
Monitor construction schedules and budgets; flag and resolve any issues early.
Conduct regular site inspections, maintain accurate daily records, and lead site meetings.
Support the project from groundworks through to handover, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, construction methodologies, and safety legislation.
Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams on medium- to large-scale projects.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with site management tools and construction documentation.
Valid Safe Pass, manual handling, and full clean driving licence.
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
Previous experience working on high-end or design-led developments.
