Job Title : Senior Site Manager

Salary : €75,000 - €90,000

Location : South Dublin / WicklowYour new company

This developer has a strong pipeline of projects commencing in Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare, and they are actively interviewing Site Managers to join their collaboration. Your new role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing and supervising all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Managing site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Leading and motivating the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in residential construction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to travel to various sites as required.
