Bid Writer

We are looking for a  Bid Writer  to join our team in Dublin, Ireland

Working Pattern :  Full time, permanent. Monday - Friday, 08 : 30 - 17 : 00.

The Role :

You will create compelling tender responses, completing PQQs and PowerPoint presentations in order to secure new contracts for the company. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.

• Develop and Deliver Winning Bids :  Create persuasive and compliant bid documents, tailoring responses to meet client-specific requirements and highlighting the company's unique selling points.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders :  Work closely with the bidding team, subject matter experts, and other internal departments to gather relevant information and ensure cohesive and accurate submissions.
• Content Development :   Write, proofread, and edit bid responses, PQQs and PowerPoint presentations, to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding.
• Maintain Bid Library :  Develop and manage a database of standard responses, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids.
• Post-Submission Activities :  Assist in reviewing client feedback to refine future bids and improve the overall success rate.
