Your Challenge
SWARCO Ireland Ltd are a leading supplier of smart, active signage solutions and the latest parking equipment in use across the UK and Europe. We require an organised, self-motivated team player to join us as a Sales Admin / Estimator at our offices in Dublin, in this role, you will help prepare costed technical responses to customer’s sales enquiries.
Your Challenge
- Review tender documents, specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for a range of products and services including traffic signals, signage and ITS solutions.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information to validate costs.
- Issue commercial proposals and quotations to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist the sales team in bid preparation including compiling support documentation, programmes and technical submissions.
- Track and manage tender submissions and bid deadlines.
- Maintain pricing databases, supplier cost records and historical bid information for analysis and reporting.
- Support post tender negotiations and handovers to the project delivery team.
- Attend any pre and post tender meetings as required.

Previous Administration skills - preferably within a Sales teamCost estimation and quotation experienceGood verbal and written skillsGood organisational skillsMust be self-motivated whilst working as part of a teamTechnical Engineering understanding - desirableDay to day use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook essentialGood verbal and written skills essentialGood organisational skills essentialRight to work in IrelandQualification in quantity surveying, engineering or construction management would be desirable but not essential.Your Benefit
