Assistant Manager

NRG Health & Fitness is one of the leading gyms in Galway.

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks, as well as generate membership renewals for our health & fitness club.

The work roster will consist of working hours on evening shift during week days This would suit an organised mind, with great attention to detail, who enjoys interacting with customers and has a drive to achieve monthly targets.

The ideal candidate would have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Maintain contact lists Act as the point of contact of our members Ensuring all transactions / payments & records are accurate within our operating system Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Management Skills Excellent customer service skills Proven experience as an sales administrative assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Highly motivated and target driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills : Customer service Front desk administration sales Benefits : Parking gym membership
