What we offer : 40 hours per week Basic salary of €32,000 - €35,000 DOE with uncapped commission Full training provided, including product knowledge from our Bathshack Academy and on-site experience with experienced team members About the Role As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you'll work alongside the Showroom Manager to maximize sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities : Partner with the Showroom Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through their decisions Support showroom operations, including stock presentation and order management Process customer orders, sales leads, and follow-up tasks accurately Fulfill keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the showroom Engage locally to promote the showroom and enhance customer service Stay informed on product ranges and market trends to boost sales opportunities About You Proven retail sales and customer service experience Motivated to exceed targets while delivering excellent customer experiences Organized, dependable, and adaptable to change Comfortable with IT systems and data analysis A positive team player who inspires collaboration Resilient under pressure and skilled at multitasking Available to work Monday to Saturday, with a regular weekday off Initial funded travel to Antrim during the first 3 weeks of training Preferred Experience : Experience in a similar retail role Confidence in using IT systems Why join Bathshack?
