About the Role :

As Assistant Night Manager , you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth and safe running of the hotel from 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am , ensuring our high standards are maintained while supporting our night team. You'll act as a key contact for both guests and staff, handling any issues with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Supporting the Night Manager in supervising night operations across all hotel departments
• Delivering excellent service to guests - handling queries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and warmth
• Conducting night audits and ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting
• Implementing safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff
• Assisting in training, mentoring, and motivating the night team
• Identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue through upselling and efficient inventory management
