This business is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic payroll team during an exciting period of transformation, as they move from manual to automated Time & Attendance (T&A) systems. What You’ll Do As a Junior Payroll Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the payroll function, processing fortnightly payments, managing employee data, and contributing to projects that improve systems. You’ll gain exposure to payroll software, compliance practices, and collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Process and verify timesheets and payments accurately and on time; Handle tax credits, Revenue submissions, and responding to payroll queries; Maintain GDPR-compliant employee records; Set up new employees in payroll and T&A systems; Support audits, budget checks, and improvement projects. What You’ll Bring Experience in payroll administration in Ireland / UK operations (ideally in a fast-paced setting); IPASS qualification (or currently studying); Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management; A team-oriented, professional, and approachable manner. Desirable : Experience with MegaPay payroll software; Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems; A growth mind-set and interest in learning new systems. Why Join?
