Payroll Specialist

Your new company An organisation in the private sector based in Dublin West is seeking to hire a payroll sourcing and benefits specialist on a part-time basis for 12 months with a view to extending. This role offers hybrid working with one day at home and 2 days in the office. This role offers great experience in a large company and offers up to €60,000 pro rata plus a 10% bonus with the right experience. Your new role Your new role will involve end-to-end payroll with a high volume of employees across multiple departments. It will also include tasks such as preparing and submitting reports for the finance / HR / revenue, providing direct customer service, producing payroll metrics and dashboards. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful candidate, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume payroll position and benefits administration. An IPASS qualification is also required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a good knowledge of Megapay and TMS. Intermediate skills in the MS Office would bring a distinct advantage. What you'll get in return You will be offered a very competitive salary based off of your experience, along with a 10% bonus.
