As a Programme Executive – Single Point of Contact (SPC) , you will support the delivery of a national function to guide and streamline consenting for renewable energy projects.

Role & Responsibilities :
Manage the Single Point of Contact (SPC) contact service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queriesDevelop and maintain public-facing guidance content, keeping information up to date and relevantEnhance communications through the organisation’s website, social media, and programme inquiriesSupport stakeholder engagement and maintain strong strategic relationships with internal and external partiesRepresent the organisation at events, meetings, and public forums, including speaking engagementsWork closely with Government stakeholders to promote and evolve the SPC functionContribute to the planning and delivery of new initiatives and programme strategies as neededAssist in the design and implementation of the SPC monitoring functionConduct research and analysis to inform guidance development and programme directionTrack and report on progress, key milestones, and engagement outcomesPrepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders and decision-makersCoordinate with other departments and public bodies to ensure seamless SPC deliveryPlan and support public workshops, stakeholder consultations, and awareness sessionsMonitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to renewable energy consentingDevelop internal process documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamProvide administrative and logistical support to SPC-related projects and eventsEnsure a flexible and responsive approach to work, particularly during high-demand periodsKey Requirements : Essential :
NFQ Level 7 degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Environment, Sustainability, or BusinessMinimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar roleStrong stakeholder relationship-building skillsExcellent communication skills, including report writing and presentingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Desirable :
Experience working in or with the public sectorFamiliarity with the Irish renewable energy consenting processExperience working in cross-functional or multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding of legal or regulatory frameworks in IrelandTags :
