About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager II , you'll play a pivotal role in driving complex engineering programs and product delivery across multiple teams. You'll be responsible for developing high-impact solutions across We's cloud-native platforms while managing technical risk, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering at scale using Agile frameworks.

Whether it's launching a new API, leading an infrastructure shift, or driving platform-level innovation-you'll be at the forefront of We's digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional technical programs from conception to execution in an Agile environment

Develop and manage execution plans, identify dependencies, and track progress across teams

Influence architectural and strategic decisions, integrating platform capabilities and cloud technologies

Foster strong relationships across engineering, product, architecture, and executive stakeholders

Report meaningful and data-driven updates, risks, and mitigations to leadership and partners

Enable continuous improvement across teams with insights from delivery metrics and retrospectives

What You'll Bring

Proven experience delivering technical programs at scale-especially cloud-native, platform-based software

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development life cycles

Deep technical acumen and ability to dive into infrastructure, APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and more

A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills-comfortable talking to execs or engineers

Experience managing dependencies and trade-offs across multiple engineering teams

Bonus if you bring experience with : Payments, IaaS / PaaS, microservices, DevOps, NoSQL, or serverless tech

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
