Supply chain planner

A leading FMCG Company based in North Dublin, are pleased to invite applications for the role of Supply Chain / Demand Planner to join their State of the Art Production facility. The Demand Planner is a key member of the Supply Chain team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Role :

The role will serve as a Demand Planner involved in daily supply chain operations which includes, but is not limited to : -

• Manage weekly forecasting processes across major retail accounts, analyse customer sales, warehouse demand, predefined constraints.
• Inputting forecasted promotional and seasonal sales activity
• Feeding weekly demand forecasts into the demand planning system
• Forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximise business efficiency.
• Run weekly demand planning processes for key customers ensuring optimal stock levels.

Requirements :

You must be a pro-active, analytical self-starter, confident in their planning knowledge and decision making abilities. As a dynamic, flexible person you will be a good communicator with strong inter-personal skills and possess the ability to deal with a fast paced environment and embrace change. A logical and organised approach to continuous improvement is essential.

Competiitve salary on offer .

Business hours 5 / 7 initally with option to swtich to Monday to Friday
