Job Description
LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited provide fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and currently employs over 50 people.
The Company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the AML Team. This is a 3 - 6 month fixed-term contract role supporting the growing AML Team in the management of its centralised mailbox.
Key Tasks
- Manage and co-ordinate central AML mailbox : allocation of email queries / tasks to team members, tracking of & follow-up on tasks.
- Track emails to ensure they are responded to within allocated timeframe
- Allocate urgent items for immediate response & ensure timely closure
- Save reports & information from emails to systems for shared access by Team
- Ensure all emails copied to AML Team Managers
- Updating Team dashboards & reports with information from mailbox
- Archiving of emails using established filing system
- Preparation of slide decks using information provided from Team
- Providing general administration support to AML Team as needed
