Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Advisory & Contract Services Business Unit in Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Ireland, this role is pivotal in driving growth and excellence in procurement and contract services for our global clients in purpose of the job is to oversee and manage client relationships, identify new business pursuits, lead the team, and oversee financial management.

• Team Organisation – leadership, oversight of recruitment interviews, resource planning / deployment, staff competency development, organizing mentoring and support.
• Financial management – budgeting, monthly forecasting, staff utilisation, WIP, job profitability, monthly invoicing and forecast against plan.
• Business Management – lead assurance, quality reviews, processes and systems to be utilised to support the successful, compliant delivery of our projects. Including Commission Execution Planning & Risk Management etc
• Manage our Key Account programmes – oversee and support Key Client Leads plan and deliver key account activities, including knowledge shares, relationship management, new opportunity generation.
• Pipeline planning, bid leadership, bid writing and supporting the team deliver winning bids.
• Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities through Key Client Leads within Infrastructure and Real Estate teams.
